2. Personal data subject to processing
   We inform you that the Data Controller will process personal data that may consist of an identifier such as your first and last name, postal address, date of birth, email address, landline and/or mobile telephone number, an identification number, an online identifier (hereinafter "personal data"), as well as any data necessary for purposes related to the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship with the Customer and to fulfill obligations under applicable national and supranational regulations and laws.
   In the case of data provided via the information request form, these will be retained for 1 year if you do not wish to receive commercial information or in all other cases as further specified in Article 7.
3. Purpose of the processing
   The Data Controller will process the personal data provided by users for the following purposes:
   -To enable the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship with the Customer.
   -To fulfill obligations under applicable national and supranational regulations and laws.
   -For administrative and accounting purposes as well as to fulfill legal obligations.
   -With prior separate consent, we may send promotional and marketing communications regarding our services, promotions/offers, etc., including newsletters, through automated means (email, text messages, etc.) and non-automated means (e.g., telephone calls with an operator).
4. Recipients of personal data
   Your personal data may be shared, for the purposes set out in Section 3 above, with:
   - Parties who typically act as data processors, namely:
   - Public or private entities, natural or legal persons, used by the Data Controller to carry out activities instrumental to the aforementioned purpose or to whom the Data Controller is required to disclose the Data pursuant to legal or contractual obligations.
   - Parties with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of certain services (e.g., hosting providers).
   - Persons authorized by us to process personal data in the context of activities strictly related to the sending of commercial communications, newsletters, etc.
5. Authorized subjects for processing
   The data may be processed by employees of the company functions responsible for pursuing the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorized to process it and who have received adequate operating instructions.
6. Transfers of personal data
   Personal data is not transferred to third parties, nor is it processed outside the European Economic Area.
7. Data retention
   Personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to ensure the proper provision of the services offered.
   In the event of termination of the contract, the data contained therein will be retained for administrative purposes for a period no longer than that required by specific legal obligations.

8. Rights of interested parties
   Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to request, at any time, access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, or to object to its processing. You also have the right to request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the GDPR.
